For years Julie has helped people take the next step in their careers by finding them challenging and stimulating work environments where they can grow and thrive in their areas of expertise. Through her recruiting efforts she has helped to improve some of the nation's best moving and storage companies.
Julie grew up in the south Chicago suburbs. While attending Marian Catholic High School, she was elected as a People to People Student Ambassador which allowed her to spend several weeks living abroad in Australia. During her high school career she was an avid bassoonist and very involved with both the music program and service club. Julie attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana where she studied environmental science and chemistry. Working as a chemist, she realized her true ambition was in the business world. She accepted a position in sales and eventually started recruiting. Later, she started her own business - Westbrook Consulting Services.
Julie married her husband Dennis in 2006. The couple built a home south of Chicago to suit both of their careers and keep them close to family. Julie and Dennis have two daughters. Angelica will be 4 in December 2103 and Fiona will be 2 in October 2013. In her spare time, Julie enjoys traveling, writing, photography, swimming, running, baking, playing the bassoon, playing with her dog Rusty, and riding her Harley with her husband.
